Tom started his career as a computer science geek who developed software and oversaw development teams and technology projects in companies from startups to Fortune 500 companies.  He led agile teams and oversaw products for a SaaS company providing bigdata analytics to the telecom industry.

Today Tom is a speaker, trainer and coach helping highly technical experts (geeks) become more effective at influencing others.  

As the father of 7 kids, Tom has had lots of opportunity to fail at communications, and is learning more every day about how to begin to really connect with others.
