Jen Honermann

With over 15 years of experience in technology organizations, in Jen’s current role, she leads an agile coaching practice for Capital One’s Consumer Bank.  In this role, she helps Scrum Masters evolve to coaches, by developing the skills to help the organization move faster.  She works across organizational structures to improve the flow of the overall system.  A particular area of enthusiasm is working with product on getting the intent pipeline flowing.  Prior to this role, Jen was part of Capital One’s enterprise transformation team enabling adoption of agile within the larger organization.
