Dan Fuller has been an Agile coach and consultant for over 10 years and has 25 years of experience in the software development field. His current areas of focus include Business Agility, Agile Change Management, Lean Startup and Design Thinking. Prior to his Agile experiences, he was a management consultant helping to guide organizations through digital transformations. Prior to that he was a very talented software engineer with expertise on mainframe, client server and web technologies with expertise in object oriented, electronic commerce, 1:1 marketing, CRM, business intelligence, data warehousing and relational data modeling.
He wrote his first computer program in 1982 on a Timex Sinclair 1000. He did his undergraduate studies in Accounting and Computer Science at UMass Amherst and holds a Master of Education from Harvard University with a focus on Technology in Education.
When Dan is not helping organizations uncover better ways of developing innovative software, he spends his free time golfing and fishing in the Tampa Bay area during the winter months; and tending to his vegetable garden and relaxing at the beach during the summer months up in the Cape Cod area.
